Surabhi Lal is in the business of the future of work—for individuals, teams, and organizations. A speaker, consultant, and educator, she is currently the Chief Impact Officer at Luminary, a nationally recognized collaboration hub dedicated to advancing women in the workplace through community. Surabhi is deeply passionate about equity in the workplace and creating cultures where individuals and teams thrive. Using her unique ability to see potential, invest in people, and design for performance, she curates and designs experiences that encourage learning, growth, and community. She has coached thousands of job seekers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to help them achieve meaningful success.

Surabhi is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service where she teaches courses on management, workplace effectiveness, and career development, sits on the board of the Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Foundation, and is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
