Paula Duran Arzayus
Paula is an immigrant from Colombia, who moved to the United States 14 years ago. Today, she develops & oversees Social Innovation at Red Bull and is responsible for all the initiatives that focus on generating positive impact in communities around the US. Her role has allowed her to travel the world and learn firsthand on social innovation initiatives that have changed communities for the better and established them in the US. Through her personal journey, she felt compelled to bring visibility to communities of color, which lead her to become a certified coach. As Latinos become the majority in the US, Paula will continue to expand her work, bridge the world with her community and help create generational healing for the next generation of leaders.
