Nichole Alcántara Beiner Powell-Newman is an advocate, speaker and consultant seeking equity, belonging and liberation at the crossroads of race, gender, and (dis)ability. She believes in collective healing through courageous conversations and community-centered action. She enjoys cultivating spaces where underrepresented people find belonging and unbridled joy.

Nichole serves as CEO/Co-Founder of Nichole Gabrielle and Co., LLC, a leadership consultancy focused on creating cultures of belonging. Drawing upon her skills as a facilitator and attorney, and her experiences as a disabled and chronically ill Afro-Latina, Nichole helps companies tackle systemic inequities, have hard conversations, and create spaces where diverse people can thrive.
