She has 10+ years experience enabling leaders and teams to achieve peak performance through a blend of facilitating, catalyzing connections and encouraging continuous growth. She also serves as the Corporate Program Manager at Fearless Communicators^® where she evangelizes the power of storytelling as a means for deeper connection, shared understanding and celebration of diversity. Also active in the social impact space Morgan currently serves on the board of advisors for Peace by Piece International and Resonate Workshops in East Africa.
