Amy Noelle leads Global Benefits Strategy for RELX with a diverse team in implementing benefits philosophy to harmonize experience across business lines, communicate value to employees and provide oversight and analytics to facilitate decisions.  Perhaps her greatest strength is her management style: she does not simply delegate—she empowers others to get more done. A creative thinker and skilled artist (former owner of Sugar Flower Cake Shop) with years of quantitative experience as an actuarial consultant, Amy excels at making complex ideas clear and concrete. Outside the office, Amy serves on the Board of Directors for Lend a Hand Uganda-USA, a nonprofit improving the lives of children in Uganda and is the President of Elevate, a premier networking group for entrepreneurs.
