I’m a Black LGBTQ+ employment lawyer who started my own law firm upon graduation. I’m an entrepreneur who works to uplift other small businesses through my activism on boards along with providing them with access to justice under the law. I’m the author of Our Gay History in Fifty States, an LGBTQ+ history book that highlights significant people, places and queer facts on a state-by-state basis. I’m a nationally recognized speaker regarding the intersection of the LGBTQ+ rights movement and other social justice movements. Finally, I advocate for queer youth having access to their community’s history.
