Since little girlhood I rejected “feminine” as weak and did whatever it took to prove that I belonged in the power circle – from negotiating a place on the boys’ side of the playground, to corporate intrapreneur leading change, to entrepreneur helping corporate clients transform, riding a tidal wave of entrepreneurial adventures.

With all the ostensible success, yet unfulfilled, I discovered the power of my feminine, what the world needs in our volatile, uncertain times. I created Midlife Café – Real Conversations That Matter, and Mastermind Bridgebuilders for intergenerational discourse to deepen self-awareness and raise consciousness. I’m a facilitator, activator, coach, bridge-builder and connector for self-actualizing individuals, female entrepreneurs, and culture-shifting institutions.
