Lena Halabi
Lena is a Lebanese-American Food Scientist currently residing in New York City. She has worked in a variety of food industry roles, beginning in meat Quality/Food Safety, then moving into Product Development for baked goods. She is currently a Director of R&D at healthy snacking company KIND, leading farther out strategy and innovation for KIND and its sister brands. Outside of work, Lena is very passionate about food as it relates to mental health and cultural connection. She also loves to cook with her husband, and their daughter Aya.
