Henry Fernandez
Recognized as an educational policy expert and organizational leader, for three decades Dr. Henry Fernandez has advanced educational opportunities and expanded civic participation, focusing on populations of color. Fernandez has guided and supported the work of state policymakers, institutional leaders, and practitioners to implement evidence-based practices improving student success. He administered education grants and scholarship programs for a foundation and two corporations, was quoted on-the-record by numerous media, and testified before legislative committees. Elected thrice to public positions, Fernandez has been on Hispanic Business’ list of 100 most influential Latinos, serving on numerous professional, philanthropic, and other non-profit organization boards.
