Before starting her company Responsible Leader Group, Andrea spent over 25 years building sustainable brands and leading enterprise initiatives for Fortune Global 500 and mid-market companies in the management consulting and corporate environments. Andrea takes a systems-thinking approach to problem solving and is skilled in building results by aligning business strategy, marketplace and customer dynamics and workplace practices.
